AERI Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

AERI currently ships within Canada and the United States.

We are working on expanding internationally in the future.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or remote destinations.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

From time to time, AERI may offer:

  • complimentary shipping promotions
  • bundle shipping discounts
  • limited-time shipping offers

These promotions are subject to change without notice.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For U.S. orders, applicable customs duties, import fees, and taxes (if any) are calculated and collected at checkout whenever applicable.

Customers will not be charged additional customs or duty fees upon delivery unless required by local authorities or due to unforeseen customs circumstances beyond AERI’s control.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by customs processing.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order.

AERI is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • lost packages due to address errors
  • packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of AERI’s control.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, feel free to contact us at: cs@aerinails.com


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the damaged items

We will review the issue and assist where possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
