AERI Return Policy

At AERI, every set of nails is carefully hand-painted and packaged with hygiene, safety, and quality in mind. Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

By completing your purchase, you agree to AERI’s return policy regarding opened and used products.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for items that:

  • Are unopened and unused
  • Remain in original sealed packaging
  • Are returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Have been approved by AERI prior to return shipment

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The packaging has been opened
  • Protective seals have been removed
  • The nails have been worn, tried on, resized, or used
  • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or handling after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AERI is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@aerinails.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, AERI will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate. In these cases, AERI will cover the replacement shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened nail sets
  • Used or tried-on nails
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only and do not include original shipping fees.

Orders originally qualified for free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund if the remaining order value after the return falls below the free shipping eligibility threshold.
