We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • United States: approximately 5–10 business days

Shipping Carriers

AERI may ship using Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, USPS, or other partnered carriers depending on destination and service availability.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, where applicable.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities or carriers.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. AERI is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the shipping provider. AERI is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, weather disruptions, customs delays, or delivery issues outside our control.
